This document explains, in plain words, what data the 032.group website receives, why it is needed, who it goes to and how long it is kept.
Who processes your data
The controller of personal data collected through this site is 032 group, a Ukrainian engineering company. For any question about how your data is handled, write to legal@032.group — a person answers.

What data we receive
Exactly as much as it takes to answer you and to keep the site running.
- The Start a project form: your name, email address and the text of your message — precisely what you typed.
- Server technical records: IP address, date and time of the request, the page address, browser type and referring page. Written automatically for every visitor.
- Your chosen interface language and your decision about cookies.
We do not buy databases, do not scrape open sources and do not enrich what you sent us with anything from elsewhere.
Why, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry — to carry out your own request. Without a name and an address there is no way to reply.
- Security and diagnostics — our legitimate interest: technical records are how a fault is found and abuse is stopped.
- Analytics and advertising — only with your consent, given in the banner and withdrawable at any time.
Who the data goes to
We do not sell data and pass it to no one beyond the providers the site cannot run without.
- Mailgun (Sinch) — mail delivery. Your form message and the automatic reply to you both pass through it.
- DigitalOcean — hosting. The server sits in Frankfurt, Germany, so the data does not leave the European Union.
Separately, we are obliged to provide data on a lawful request from authorised state bodies — but only within the scope of that request.
How long we keep it
- Form correspondence — for as long as the conversation runs and afterwards in our mailbox. Ask and we delete it.
- Server technical records — 14 days, after which they are overwritten automatically.
- Cookies and local storage — the periods are in the table below.
Cookies and local storage
The site runs without a single advertising or analytics script. Those tools are not currently connected — the consent banner is here because the mechanism is ready: if we ever switch them on, they will start only after your permission and not a moment earlier.
Below is everything the site actually writes into your browser.

Your rights
In relation to your data you have the right to:
- know what we hold and receive a copy of it;
- correct anything inaccurate or complete anything missing;
- have it erased;
- restrict the processing or object to it;
- withdraw consent — which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Paperless by default
We choose email and digital documents over paper — it saves a little paper and a lot of time. Contracts and acts are signed electronically; paper originals by separate arrangement.
Changes to this document
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is material — a new data recipient, say — we will state it plainly rather than bury it in a paragraph.
